WHOLE has been life changing for me! Rae-Anna’s combination of working up to running 5k, followed by a lovely weekly yoga & mindfulness session and exciting nutritious recipe tutorials has really helped me focus on my health and wellbeing. Rae-Anna is so motivational and caring. She makes it really good fun too. What’s great for me is I still feel the effects even after finishing the course. I’m eating healthier and carrying on running (ok I did have a 2 week break over Christmas!) but importantly the good habits are still there and I really don’t want to lose my fitness levels so I’m running each week. I’ve lost weight, aches and pains have gone and I feel fitter and stronger. Thank you Rae-Anna, I really miss our Mondays! x

I was a total non runner, I have never ran until September 2019, I now run 5k, 3 times a week. Rae-Anna is knowledgeable, committed and an inspiration, giving daily support if needed on exercise motivation or nutritional advice. I can honestly say she has given me back confidence in myself, I feel amazing, look better and mostly I'm so proud of myself. Do it!! invest in yourself xxx
